Liverpool have reportedly launched a bid for long-term Manchester United target and Lazio ace Lucas Biglia.
The Argentina international has been a consistent performer for the Capital outfit and this has attracted interest from United over the past year.

It is added that Jurgen Klopp's side have made an 'enticing' offer which is close to Lazio's valuation of £21m.
