Arsenal have all but sealed a January deal for Dynamo Moscow forward Aleksandr Kokorin.
The Gunners are understood to have revived their interest in the Russian international after they failed with a loan bid over the summer.
Russian source Izvestia understands that Arsene Wenger's side have agreed on a £4.2m deal with Dynamo for the talented marksman, and a move will go through in the New Year.
Kokorin is in the final six months of his contract, and this has tempted the Russian side to cash in on his services.
The 24-year-old has earned 36 caps with Russia.
