Swansea City are eager to land Ryan Giggs as their next manager, sources reveal.
The Swans are currently on the search for a new head coach after Garry Monk was relieved from his duties, following a lean spell that saw the club win just one league game in 11 attempts.
It had been recently speculated that the Welsh outfit could move for former boss Brendan Rodgers who had been dismissed from Liverpool in October.
However, The Independent claims that chairman Huw Jenkins wants Ryan Giggs to take over the reigns, and is willing to see whether the Welshman would part ways with Manchester United.
Giggs currently holds the assistant manager role at Old Trafford.
