Hedwiges Maduro has admitted there is still a chance he could leave Ajax in January. Maduro has been linked with a move to Valencia - among other clubs - and Tottenham are also considering a £6 million offer for the Dutchman.
âI wonât stay in the Netherlands and I wonât play for one of the Ajax competitors. I donât really mind where Iâll go, even though Iâd prefer Spain or Italy,â Maduro said.
âI need to make a decision in the coming days. I want to play for a club which has faith in me one hundred percent and I donât feel like that here. Itâs a shame that the feeling I had back in December proved correct. This is my best season to date. I have never performed so consistently and so good before. Thatâs why itâs really a shame that things have gone this way.â
