Premier League strugglers Swansea City are said to be interested in a January deal for Chelsea striker Patrick Bamford.
The 22-year-old recently returned to Stamford Bridge following an unsuccessful loan stint at Crystal Palace.
According to The Mail, the Swans are expected to move for a new striker wth Batefimbi Gomis strongly linked with a move away from the Liberty Stadium.
The report adds that the South Welsh outfit could lodge a temporary deal for Bamford with a view to a permanent deal at the end of the 2015/16 season.
Bamford was the Championship player of the season last term as he amassed 17 goals in a temporary spell at Middlesbrough.
