Roma forward Juan Iturbe has secured a six-month loan deal with Premier League side Bournemouth.
The 22-year-old had been tipped to make a move to England with newcomers Watford said to be keen on his services.
However, Hornets boss Quique Flores dismissed the claims citing that the player was not on his shortlist for the winter transfer window.
Reports now reveal that the Paraguay international has linked up with fellow league side Bournemouth on an initial six-month loan with a view to a permanent switch at the end of the season.
Iturbe had his first training session with the Cherries on New Year's day but he will be ineligible for the trip to Leicester City on Saturday.
