Stoke City are expected to lodge a winter bid for wantaway Porto midfielder Giannelli Imbula.
The French midfielder has failed to settle at the Primeira Liga side since his move from Marseille, and he is expected to seek a fresh challenge during the current transfer window.
Agent Willy Ndangi has hinted that his client could be on his way out of the Dragons with several clubs including Stoke City known to be interested in the player's signature.
“We know that Porto want to sell Giannelli," he told Italian outlet Calciomercato.
“At the moment we haven't had any contact with other clubs, but we could talk to some sides starting from Monday."
Imbula has made just nine league appearances for Porto this term.
