  • The 24-year-old had been heavily linked with a switch to the Emirates in recent months, before the Gunners pulled out of the chase.

Sources now reveal that Russian giants Zenit has completed a double swoop from Dynamo Moscow with Kokorin and former Chelsea wing-back Yuri Zhirkov inking long-term deals with the club.

Zenit are thought to have paid a fee of around £18m to complete the double signing.

Kokorin has earned over 35 caps with his national side.
