Kenyan international Victor Wanyama is said to be reluctant to sign a new contract at Southampton amid interest from Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.
The 24-year-old has been a consistent performer for the Saints since his move from Celtic in 2013.
A report from The Mirror claims that the midfield enforcer has decided to stall on a contract extension at Southampton as he is most likely to seal a summer move away from the South Coast.
In spite of this, the Saints are expected to push through the deal in a bid to increase his transfer value.
Wanyama has less than 18 months left on his existing deal at Southampton.
