Manchester City defender Vincent Kompany is reportedly topping AS Roma's wishlist for the summer transfer window.
The Belgian international has played an influential role in City's rise to a top European club.
However, the current season has been indifferent for the 29-year-old, who has struggled to keep up his place in the starting line-up due to numerous injuries.
Italian publication Corriere dello Sport understands that the Giallorossi will look to revamp their backline in the summer with Kompany being their prime transfer target.
Kompany has earned over 275 appearances for the Citizens since his move from Hamburg in 2008.
