West Ham United could come with up with a summer offer for Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson, sources reveal. The England international took over the Reds captaincy this summer after the departure of club legend Steven Gerrard.

  • Atletico Madrid planning shock move for Chelsea star

  • Brentwood Gazette claims that the Hammers could seek to bring in a couple of marquee signings ahead of their move to the Olympic Stadium next season.

It is also known that the club are keeping an eye of several Premier League players with Reds skipper Henderson being one among the top targets for the East London side.

The 25-year-old is said to be considering his future at Merseyside with Liverpool still far off the Champions League places.

Henderson has made just 15 league appearances in what has been an injury plagued campaign for him.
