Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly looking into a deal for unsettled Real Madrid midfielder Mateo Kovacic. The Croatian international has struggled for regular playing time at the Bernabeu since his move from Inter Milan last summer.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is eager to freshen up his midfield with a couple of new recruits in the summer.
According to Spanish source AS, Tottenham Hotspur could seek to land a temporary deal for Kovacic, who has had a tough time in the Spanish capital.
However, the North London giants are likely to face a tussle, with Sevilla also said to be keeping tabs on the player's situation.
Kovacic has made just seven league starts for Real this campaign.
