Leicester City have had scouts monitoring the progress of Italian forward Gianluca Lapadula. The Pescara front man has had an excellent season this year for the Serie B side.

Premier League leaders Leicester City are planning their summer transfers already and are confident that a deal for Lapadula can be agreed; beating the likes of AC Milan and Fiorentina to the 26-year-old's signature.

The Foxes have been excellent in the transfer market in recent years, with the signing of N'Golo Kante and Riyad Mahrez proving that Leicester's scouting network can find the very best up and coming talent.

Lapadula could be available for a fee of approximately 5.75 million euros.
