Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson has emerged as a surprise target for Liverpool ahead of the summer transfer window. The 24-year-old has had minimal part to play in the Cherries' campaign after he suffered a long-term knee damage last September.
According to The Sun, the Reds will look to test Bournemouth's resolve with a move for 24-year-old Wilson this summer.
The Cherries have coped well without their main man this season with the likes of Joshua King and Benik Afobe getting into the scoresheet.
Wilson returned to the first-team fold during his side's 2-1 win over Aston Villa earlier this month.
