Arsenal have had another check on Porto midfielder Danilo Pereira, Portuguese outlet O Jogo claims. The Gunners were linked with a move for the 24-year-old in January, but a deal never materialised.
It is no surprise that the North Londoners are on the look out for a new enforcer with the likes of Mikel Arteta, Tomas Rosicky and Mathieu Flamini all tipped to leave the club at the end of the season.
O Jogo understands that the FA Cup holders are continuously keeping tabs on Pereira with a view to a summer deal for his services.
Pereira has had an excellent debut season with the Dragons, and this has earned him a regular spot with the Portuguese national side.
The midfielder has amassed five goals in 31 league outings for the Primeira Liga giants this term.
