Liverpool are days away from announcing the signing of Poland international Piotr Zielinski from Udinese. The 21-year-old is said to have caught the eye of manager Jurgen Klopp earlier in the year.
Canal plus Sport says the young midfielder is set to pen a four-year deal with the Europa League finalists after Udinese settled on a transfer agreement.
Zielinksi has been earmarked as a potential replacement for Wales international Joe Allen, who looks likely to leave Anfield over the summer.
Despite being contracted to Udinese, Zielinksi has plyed his trade on loan at Serie A side Empoli in his past two seasons.
