Ryan Mason keen on Bournemouth switch

22 May 2016 - 10:46

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Ryan Mason is desperate for a move to Bournemouth during this summer's transfer window. The 24-year-old has been strongly linked with an exit from White Hart Lane following his lack of playing time last season.

  • Mason is thought to be eyeing a fresh challenge after manager Mauricio Pochettino neglected his services for much of the second half of the campaign.

The Star reports that Spurs were keen on using their player as makeweight in a deal to bring Callum Wilson from Bournemouth.

However, the move looks to have stalled, but Mason is still eager to join Cherries for a bargain price in the summer.

The midfielder has earned a solitary appearance with the England national team.
