Niang heading to Fulham?

19 January 2008 - 21:55

Mamadou Niang could be set for a move to England as Premiership side Fulham are preparing the finishing touches to a £4 million offer for the Marseille striker.

  • Enzo Fernandez wants to leave Chelsea
  • Man Utd can finally sign Ederson for huge bargain fee
  • The Senegalese international has been in superb form for Marseille since joining from Strasbourg, and has often partnered Djibril Cisse up front and has formed a formidable partnership.

However, Fulham are known to be looking for a midfielder and Arsene Wenger has reportedly recommended Niang to Roy Hodgson as a potential signing for the Cottagers.

The £4 million move could be completed before the end of the January transfer window, but if not could see the Senegalese international move to England in June.
