Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny will sign an extended loan deal at Italian side AS Roma. Szczesny had an impressive temporary spell in Serie A last season.
It is understood that Roma want to sign the Polish goalkeeper on loan with a view to a permanent move; with the keeper apparently ready to quit London in favour of a move to Italy.
Arsenal and Roma have agreed a 15.5 million euro transfer fee after the 2017/18 campaign should the Serie A decide to make the move for Szczesny permanent.
