Inter Milan have told potential suitors of star striker Mauro Icardi that he will not be allowed to leave the San Siro for any price. Arsenal and PSG have both been linked with a move for the talented forward.

  • The Argentinian 23-year-old has been linked with a 50 million euro move to several teams, but the striker's club have insisted he will be staying put.

Napoli were also rumoured to have been in the race to sign Icardi as a replacement for Gonzalo Higuain, who recently joined Juventus in a mega money deal. However, Napoli have also been knocked back in their efforts to sign the player who has scored 15 goals in 83 games for Inter Milan.

“We’re not going to sell Icardi. We’ve received offers – from Napoli too – but we’re not going to sell him,” Inter own Erick Thohir told reporters.

“We extended his contract a year ago. We’re like a family and we can always talk if there are problems or discuss what we’d like to achieve together in future.”
