  • Following the Blues' comfortable 3-0 win over Burnley at Stamford Bridge, Conte revealed that he will look to strengthen his squad further ahead of Wednesday's transfer deadline.

"We are working close together, the club and I, and we are trying to find the right solutions to improve this squad," he told reporters. "We have four days to find this, but I am pleased to work with the squad I have."

Inter Milan's Marcelo Brozovic is thought to be one of Conte's targets after Blues officials flew to Italy to meet up with his representatives ahead of a possible £25m switch to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea will make the trip to Wales to face Swansea City in their next Premier League encounter on September 11.
