Phelan Considers Hull Offer

Mike Phelan says he is considering an offer to become Hulls permanent manager, but doesnt want to accept the offer until there is more news of the possible takeover of the club.

Phelan said. "I dont see it (my position) as an overriding concern. I think it is an issue that everybody else wants sorted out. The players do, i think the staff do that i am working with."

The Tigers currently sit eight in the Premier League going in to Saturdays home game to Arsenal. It took a stoppage time winner from Marcus Rashford for Manchester United to prevent Hull from having an unbeaten start to the season. Phelan was also named manager of the month for August.
