Manchester City will allow Yaya Toure to hold negotiations with interested clubs once the transfer window reopens in the New Year. The Ivory Coast international looks unlikely to take part for the Citizens after his agent's outburst with Pep Guardiola.
Dimitri Seluk had recently blamed Guardiola for the treatment of his client, and this is set to end of Toure's chances of featuring for the Citizens this season.
According to The Mirror, the former Barcelona man is free to sign a pre-contract with an overseas club in January with his existing deal due to expire at the end of the season.
French giants Paris Saint-Germain are rumoured to be heading the queue for the player's signature whilst a host of Chinese clubs are also in the running to pursue the highly-decorated midfielder.
Guardiola has told Toure to come up with an apology for his agent's comments, but this is unlikely to happen, given their shrewd relationship at Camp Nou.
