Aleix Vidal could join AC Milan - Agent

Italian giants AC Milan are among the favourites to sign Barcelona defender Aleix Vidal in the New Year, according to his agent. The Spain international has fallen out-of-favour at Camp Nou this term.

The 27-year-old has struggled to earn sufficient playing time this season with manager Luis Enrique preferring the likes of Sergi Roberto and Samuel Umtiti ahead of him for the right-back spot.

Vidal's representative Graziano Battistini has now confirmed that the Spaniard could off to the Serie A in January with the Rossoneri being a viable option.

"We must find a solution," he told Estadio Deportivo. "He's a player that is liked by many clubs, but I'm not aware that he's a priority for Napoli. Milan? We're waiting to see what happens there."

The former Sevilla man has earned a solitary league appearance for Barcelona this season.
