Everton will reportedly revive their pursuit for Napoli striker Manolo Gabbiadini in the January transfer window. The Italy international was on the Toffees radar last summer.

  • According to The Mirror, the Merseyside outfit will come up with a fresh offer for the marksman after they failed with a £14.5m bid during the previous transfer window.

Koeman is said to be a huge fan of the player's abilities, and he sees him as a potential replacement for Romelu Lukaku, who has been linked with a host of elite clubs.

Gabbiadini has not had much success at Napoli despite Arek Milik's injury absence, and it is believed that the Italian side would accept a £20m sum for his sale.

The 25-year-old, who is also a transfer target for Leicester City, has netted a solitary league goal for the Serie A giants this season.
