Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has made his final offer for Celtic goalkeeper Craig Gordon. The Scottish international is wanted as backup at Stamford Bridge to Thibaut Courtois.

Gordon, formerly of Sunderland, has told his agent that he wants to stay in Scotland for the time being despite the interest of Premier League leaders Chelsea.

The player, who once called time on his professional career, has 18 months left on his contract at Celtic Park.
