Sunderland could table a surprise bid for Leicester City winger Marc Albrighton at the end of the current campaign. Sunderland are confident that a deal can be agreed for the Premier League winner of last season.
Reports suggest that the former Aston Villa man is unhappy with life at Leicester City this season, disappointed with a lack of first team football. Last season Albrighton played in 38 league games as the Foxes romped to the title.
Sunderland manager David Moyes is a huge fan of Albrighton and is confident an agreement can be reached at the end of the season should Leicester be relegated to the Championship.
