Benjani off to City?

There was an air of mystery surrounding Benjani's supposed move from Portsmouth to Man City this evening as there was no confirmation from either club of a deal being struck.

It is believed that both clubs will work long into the night to make sure that Benjani is made a City player before the morning.



Sven-Goran Erikssson has apparently lodged an enormous £14 million offer to make sure the striker arrives at Eastlands.



As yet, no confirmation has been made regarding his future at the club.
