Antoine Griezmann says there is a 6 out of 10 chance he will move to Manchester United

Griezmann has gone on record to say that there is a "six" out of 10 chance that he will be a United player next season, days after seemingly committing his future to the club.

  • Predicted Chelsea line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Aston Villa, Palmer starts
  • Chelsea ready to sell four home-grown players

  • Antoine Griezmann has been the subject of many links to Manchester United. However, Manchester United's chances looked to have taken a hit after the forward looked to have committed his future to the club four days ago.

Speaking after the final game of the season, Griezmann was quoted by The Sun as saying, "I am very comfortable here. I am happy. If I am happy in my personal life I will be happy in the professional."

Now, there seems to a new twist to the transfer saga after Griezmann rated his chances of going to Manchester United as a "six" out of 10.

Antoine Griezmann was on a French television program called Quotidien and when asked about a potential move to Manchester United, he was quoted by The Independent as saying it was "possible".

The Frenchman went on to further fuel speculation of his move by saying there is a "six" out of 10 chance he will be moving and a "seven" out of 10 chance he will be staying. He rounded off the interview by saying "I should know more in the next two weeks,"

This could all very well be the instructions of Griezmann's agent Eric Olhats. It is a common strategy done by many agents to ensure their players will get the best possible deal, be it a contract extension by the existing club or a contract offer and transfer fee from the clubs that are interested.
