Manchester City are prepared to cut their ties with defender Eliaquim Mangala, who is on the verge of joining Lyon.
The 26-year-old linked up with the Citizens from Porto for £42m in 2014, and he has since failed to make an impact with the Mancunian giants.
Mangala was loaned out to Spanish club Valencia last term, where he managed to put up a decent showing, but Los Che have decided against a permanent move for the France international.
According to The Mail, the centre-back will be offloaded to Les Gones on a cut-price £18m move with Guardiola looking to use the funds on summer recruits.
Mangala has managed just 64 appearances since his arrival from Citizens three years ago, and a move to Ligue 1 could help to improve their chances of a France call-up ahead of next year's World Cup.
City have released the likes of Gael Clichy, Pablo Zabaleta and Bacary Sagna this summer, and they are now on the desperate hunt for quality full-backs.
