Bruce likes foreign game idea

08 February 2008 - 00:07

Wigan boss Steve Bruce has praised the idea that Premiership sides will have to play at least one round of games abroad in the coming seasons, admitting that the Premier League was destined to do so.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao
  • "It wouldn't surprise me because we have got the best product," he told Sky Sports News.

"It is the best league in the world. We have to cherish it. It is a wonderful product.

"It wouldn't surprise me if one of the big clubs goes and plays somewhere else.

"If it is going to take off, we have got to take it on board that Sky has done so much for the Premier League."
