Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata has revealed that he would love to play alongside Isco at Stamford Bridge. The Real Madrid midfielder has been in top form this season, contributing four goals and three assists in the Spanish La Liga.

  • Arsenal want to make four marquee signings this summer

  • In an interview with Cadena Ser, Morata disclosed that he would like to bring Isco to west London if things were in his own hands. However, the 25-year-old admits that the former Malaga man is already in a good position as he has 'one of the most important roles' at Los Blancos.

"I would take [Isco] to Chelsea now when I return [from the Spanish camp]. But I think that right now he has one of the most important roles at Madrid. In the national team he is also key," he told Cadena Ser.

Morata left the European champions to join Chelsea for a club-record fee in the summer, and he has since impressed with eight goals in his first 15 matches. He is currently on duty with La Roja who face Costa Rica and Russia in international friendlies as part of their preparation for next summer's World Cup finals.
