Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is alleged to have held a face-to-face meeting with Lyon's Nabil Fekir in order to lure him to Anfield in the summer.
According to Canal +, the Reds boss is said to have met Fekir in an attempt to convince him to join the club ahead of other suitors which include Chelsea and Atletico Madrid.
Klopp recently laughed off suggestions that the club have already agreed upon a deal for Fekir, but a report from RMC Sport has claimed that the attacker could be heading to Merseyside.
The Champions League finalists are alleged to have already finalised a £62m deal for the frontman and this would also witness his younger sibling Yassin joining the club's Under-23s.
Fekir has been in a purple patch for Lyon this campaign and he has contributed 17 goals and a further seven assists in the French Ligue 1. Owing to his form, he has been tipped to make the France squad for this summer's World Cup finals in Russia.
