Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has provided an injury update on Romelu Lukaku and Anthony Martial following the Red Devils' 1-0 win over Watford in the final league of the season.
Martial, 22, was initially expected to feature in the curtain closer versus the Hornets but on Friday morning, the Frenchman sustained a knee problem which has ruled out indefinitely.
Speaking after the Watford game, Mourinho admitted that he is unsure over a possible return date for Martial, though Romelu Lukaku should return to training after his two-week absence with an ankle injury.
"[Martial's injured]. He was injured in Friday's training session, yesterday couldn't train. I don't know [when he will return]," he is quoted as saying on the club's official website.
"I know that Romelu will be back in training for Tuesday because he's in the last week [of rehabilitation] and we have to see but Anthony I have no more."
Both players are likely to undergo late fitness tests ahead of the FA Cup final against Chelsea but Lukaku appears to have the better chance of making the matchday squad with Mourinho previously hinting that he would at least want the Belgian on the bench.
