Wilfried Zaha clarifies his Crystal Palace future

Ivory Coast international Wilfried Zaha has stressed that he has no plans of leaving Crystal Palace during this summer's transfer window. The former Manchester United man has regularly been linked with a possible exit amid alleged interest from the likes of Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur.

  • Zaha bagged his ninth goal of the campaign during a 2-0 triumph over West Bromwich Albion in the final gameweek of the season and shortly after the match, he clarified his stance on his future.

"I have no plans on leaving. I'm enjoying my football, you can see how much I'm enjoying it. This is my home and there's no reason for me to leave," he is quoted as saying by The Mail.

Zaha has been crucial towards the Eagles' relegation escape in each of the last two seasons and the £50m-rated winger will be hoping for better things to come under Roy Hodgson, who become the first manager since 1900 to guide a club to safety after registering no points in the first seven games of the campaign.
