Bayern Munich striker eyeing summer exit

Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski has offered a huge transfer boost to the likes of Chelsea and Real Madrid after deciding to pursue a fresh challenge away from the Allianz Arena.

  • Chelsea suffer double injury blow ahead of Villa trip
  • Mikel Arteta confirms big injury boost for Spurs clash

  • The Poland international was constantly linked with a Bayern exit during the previous campaign but the club's hierarchy came forward to dismiss the speculation over his future.

However, super-agent Pini Zahavi has now claimed that his client wants a change of environment and he could leave the German champions during the current transfer window.

Robert feels he needs a change and a new challenge in his career. The managers of Bayern know about it," agent Pini Zahavi is quoted as saying by SportBild.

Lewandowski joined Bayern on a free transfer from Borussia Dortmund four seasons ago and he has since notched an admirable tally of 151 goals in just 195 appearances for the club.

In this period, he has won the Bundesliga title on four occasions whilst registering 40 or more goals in each on the last three seasons with the Bavarian giants.
