West Ham goalkeeper Robert Green has revealed he has all but 'given up hope' of attempting to make his way back into the England squad. Fabio Capello appears to have overlooked the former Norwich shot stopper.
"I don't know what I've got to do to get in the England squad," Green told the Daily Star. "It's become apparent that maybe I'm not going to feature.
"It is still very early in Mr Capello's reign and it would be foolish to rule myself out for the future, so I'll just keep playing.
"But it's disappointing not to be involved."
