Premier League duo Liverpool and Chelsea are interested in signing Jasper Cillessen from Barcelona during the current transfer window.
The Netherlands international has played back-up to Marc-Ander Ter Stegen during his two seasons at the Camp Nou and he is now said to be eyeing a fresh club where he would be assured of regular gametime.
According to Sport, the Dutchman is said to have a £53m release clause on his existing deal but the Blaugrana are prepared to accept half of that sum, should one of his suitors come forward with an approach.
Liverpool are presently understood to be eyeing a replacement for Loris Karius after his poor showing in the Champions League final against Real Madrid last term.
On the other hand, Chelsea are in a much comfortable position but they could make an offer for the Dutchman, should Thibaut Courtois push for a move to Real Madrid.
