Manchester United are reportedly confident of acquiring the signature of Willian from Chelsea during the current transfer window.
United boss Jose Mourinho managed to secure the services of Nemanja Matic from the clutches of Chelsea last summer and it appears that there could be a repeat with Willian weighing up his Stamford Bridge future.
According to The Sun, both United and Barcelona are said to have offered £60m for the Brazil international but the former are apparently confident with Mourinho said to have a solid relationship with the winger.
Willian had a relatively stop-start season with the Blues last term but he still ended the campaign with a career best tally of 13 goals despite making nearly half of his appearances from the bench.
The Brazilian is presently on a vacation following his nation's exit from the summer World Cup but his future is likely to be solved in the near future with just a month left in the transfer window.
