Leicester City will reportedly resist the sale of defender Harry Maguire this summer amid the ongoing interest from Manchester United.
The Red Devils have recently made a formal approach to sign the England international but their efforts appear likely to go in vain based on the Foxes' stance.
According to BBC Sport, the former Premier League champions are said to have no plans of parting ways with the 25-year-old and they are confident of keeping hold of his services before next month's transfer deadline.
Maguire only joined the Foxes from Hull City last summer but his performances at the World Cup with England have caught the eye of United boss Jose Mourinho.
The centre-back has recently admitted that he would relish the prospect of a big-club move, although he remains content with the job in hand at the King Power Stadium.
Maguire was ever-present through the Foxes' league campaign last term and he followed it up by starring for the Three Lions during their run to the semi-final of the World Cup.
