Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has admitted that Brighton & Hove Albion had more hunger than the Red Devils during the recent Premier League meeting at the Falmer Stadium.
The Red Devils has entered the game on the back of an opening day triumph over Leicester City but their performance was pretty much average as they managed just two efforts on target.
As a result, they eventually succumbed to a second defeat in as many games against Brighton & Hove Albion and Pogba admitted that the team lacked the same hunger as their south Coast counterparts.
He said via BBC Sport: "If we deserve to win I will say that but today the truth is we didn't play well enough. They had more hunger than us and the result is the right one for them."
With the defeat, United are occupying mid-table position after the first two games and their challenge only gets tougher with Tottenham Hotspur up next at Old Trafford.
