Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek has admitted that a return to Crystal Palace could be an option, should he fail to receive regular gametime during the first half of the season.
The 22-year-old enjoyed a fruitful loan spell with Crystal Palace during the previous campaign and his performances ensured that he made the World Cup squad with the England national side.
However, his return to his parent club has once more witnessed him struggle for playing time and Loftus-Cheek has now admitted that he may consider a comeback with the Eagles.
"Possibly, but it is still far away, there are still a lot of games to play and I just have to see what happens. Right now I am at Chelsea and my focus is at Chelsea and learning at Chelsea," he is quoted as saying by Metro.
Loftus-Cheek has managed just half an hour of first-team football under Maurizio Sarri this term but the midfielder has indicated that he must remain patient for his opportunities.
