Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Nuno Espirito Santo has said that he is not paying to the ongoing speculation linking him with the Manchester United job.
Nuno was only appointed as the Wolves head coach last year but he has since laid a strong mark on the club by guiding them back to the Premier League.
Since then, speculation has claimed that he had turned down a move to Everton midway through the previous campaign and of late, he has been tipped to succeed Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford.
However, speaking ahead of the Burnley game, Nuno refused to have his say on the gossip and stressed that he is only concerned about the daily proceedings at his current side.
"You know me. I don't talk about that. It does not make sense. This is not the moment to even think about it. I don't think about it, I totally ignore that, I totally ignore it," he is quoted by Sky Sports News.
Mourinho's position had come under question after United suffered two defeats from their opening three matches but the pressure has since alleviated after a much-needed win over Burnley.
Despite this, the 55-year-old's position could be reevaluated in the forthcoming months with Nuno and ex-Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane among those linked with United.
