Serie A holders Juventus are reportedly prepared to make a contract offer for midfielder Aaron Ramsey when the transfer window reopens at the turn of the year.
The Welshman has failed to pen an extension with the Gunners over the past 12 months and recent reports have indicated that he may not renew his contract beyond the current campaign.
Amidst this, Calciomercato reports that the Bianconeri are keeping a close watch on the midfielder's proceedings and they are prepared to offer him a pre-contract at the start of 2019.
The former Cardiff City graduate has been a regular feature for the Gunners since Unai Emery took charge of the club earlier in the summer and he has started six of the club's eight league matches to date.
Emery has previously indicated that he would like to prolong the Welshman's stay beyond the summer but it appears that the hierarchy are reluctant to match his wage demands for the moment.
