Spain international Alvaro Morata believes there is still room for improvement in terms of his performances for Chelsea despite being in the goals since October.
Morata had a frustrating start to the season where he was guilty of missing several clear-cut chances but he has managed to reverse his fortunes over the past seven matches where he has contributed five goals.
Speaking to the club's official website, the Spaniard highlighted that he has yet to reach his top game for the Blues and he is more focused on helping the team to success rather than just focusing on finding the scoresheet.
"I think I can prove more," he said. "In the past it wasn't easy for me, but this is a new season. I think it's not important if you score 25 or 30 goals, it's important you help the team to win."
Morata started his fourth Premier League game on the bounce during the weekend against Everton but he was unable to contribute to the scoresheet as the game ended goalless.
