Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard is said to have already agreed on a five-year deal with Real Madrid ahead of his proposed move to the Bernabeu in the summer.

  • The Belgian has been heavily linked with the outgoing European champions over the past couple of seasons and he has made no secret regarding his admiration for the Spanish giants.

Spanish publication Sport claims that the 28-year-old has already come to contractual terms with Los Blancos after agreeing on a deal worth £14m annually.

However, the Madrid giants must still finalise a fee with Chelsea and that remains a major hurdle, given the Blues' have recently been levied with a two-window transfer ban by FIFA.

Chelsea have already turned down an initial bid worth £60m from Los Blancos and they are understood to be holding out for at least double the sum to sanction his departure.

Should this not be the case, the west London club could keep hold of the attacker for the final year of his contract next season, knowing that he could leave on a Bosman in June 2020.
