Manchester United are reportedly pondering over the sale of midfielder Paul Pogba, given they are fears that his transfer value may keep reducing in the near future.

  • Arsenal handed injury boost on defender ahead of Bournemouth clash
  • Chelsea planning shock move for Man City winger?

  • The France international had a good campaign with the Red Devils where he notched 16 goals and 11 assists, but he had still received criticism from a section of the fans after his poor form towards the end of the season.

Amidst this, the midfielder has publicly suggested that he could be up for a fresh challenge this summer and The Manchester Evening News claims that the Red Devils are considering his potential sale.

Pogba has two years remaining on his existing deal with the Red Devils but the club have the option of prolonging the contract for another year by means of an extension clause.

The 26-year-old has so far shown no intention of penning a new contract with the club and reports indicate that United may sanction his exit to avoid the valuation drop which may result in the forthcoming seasons.

Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus have been linked with the Frenchman and the latter have recently emerged as favourites after previously working with the midfielder for four years.
