Manchester United are understood to be in advanced negotiations to sign Lazio's Sergej Milinkovic-Savic with Paul Pogba nearing a potential exit from the club.
Pogba has been linked with Real Madrid for the past few months and it appears that the move is drawing closer with the Red Devils set to land Milinkovic-Savic as his replacement.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the Red Devils are close to landing the signature of the Serbia international with the Serie A side prepared to accept a package of around £90m.
There has been no mention regarding a possible medical date for Milinkovic-Savic but it is claimed that the club will first seek to sanction the sale of Pogba before securing his services.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side are said to demand around £162m to part ways with Pogba this summer but the fee could be reduced to a reasonable extent with negotiations planned with Real Madrid in the coming days.
