Ronaldo urges Dybala to seal United move

Cristiano Ronaldo tells Juventus star to join Manchester United

02 August 2019 - 15:00

Juventus forward Paulo Dybala has reportedly been encouraged by teammate Cristiano Ronaldo to make the switch to Manchester United this summer.

  • Chelsea ready to sell four home-grown players
  • Predicted Chelsea line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Aston Villa, Palmer starts

  • Dybala and Ronaldo have been playing together in Turin over the past year after the latter joined the Italian champions from Real Madrid during the summer of 2018.

According to The Mail, Ronaldo has used the players' WhatsApp group to urge Argentina international to join Manchester United and become 'a champion'.

Dybala has been offered by the Bianconeri in an exchange deal for Romelu Lukaku this summer, but so far, the Argentine has given no indication that he wants the move.

The former Palermo man is understood to hold concerns over United's lack of participation in the Champions League and he is apparently stalling on an agreement with Paris Saint-Germain also deemed to hold an interest in signing him.

Elsewhere, the Red Devils are negotiating deals for Harry Maguire and Bruno Fernandes but they have yet to find the breakthrough with respect to signing either of those players.
