Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has stressed that Paul Pogba won't be parting ways with the club before the European transfer deadline on September 2.
The France international has been constantly linked with a move to Real Madrid this summer but that has not necessarily materialised into a transfer.
Despite this, there continues to remain the gossip surrounding the midfielder's future but Solskjaer is confident that Pogba will be at the club after the international break.
Meanwhile, the 26-year-old was found limping with a twisted ankle following the 1-1 draw at Southampton but the Norwegian is optimistic that the midfielder should be fine to feature for France in the Euro 2020 qualifiers.
He said: "Paul Pogba will be playing for us. He twisted his ankle, I think, but he'll go away and hopefully it's not too bad and he can play for France because I know how much he loves his country and playing for them."
Manchester United have lacked the cutting edge in the forward line since the 4-0 win over Chelsea and that has contributed to three winless games on the bounce.
